Cancel an open offer

​

Withdraws from a pending or countered negotiation.

Either participant may cancel an open offer, including the participant who submitted its latest proposal.

Closed offers cannot be cancelled through this operation. The proposal history remains available.

Returns the updated summary. Supports an optional Idempotency-Key. Requires offers:write.
