Estimate a reprice

Counts what a reprice would do for a scope, a level and its options, before anything is planned: the cards in scope, how many prices would go down or up, the cards that would be shown as Good deals, and the highest-value card that would change. It plans nothing and changes nothing.

A level of percent-of-current prices each card at its current sale price plus percent. Graded cards and cards without a market price keep their price under every level and are not counted as changes.
